Storm Spotting and Storm Chasing is
dangerous and should not be done without proper
training, experience and equipment.
Our mission is to volunteer as
trained, dedicated amateur weather
enthusiasts who will work in conjunction
with the National Weather Service by seeking
out, observing, and reporting adverse
weather conditions to promote public safety
and minimize property damage. Through
ARES/RACES, we will help to provide aid for
those who are affected by natural disasters.
